The Boon Fly Café (opening early 2004) - Named for a Carneros pioneer, who planted orchards and vineyards in the mid-1800s, the Boon Fly offers an ideal gathering place for Inn guests and locals alike. Open in the morning for great coffee, fresh juices and house-baked breakfast items, the Café also offers tasty lunches on premises or packed to go. A wine bar affords the visitor or local the chance to really compare Carneros wines with those of other regions, or just a comfortable place to wile away a bit of the afternoon. The cuisine is rustic and based on the agricultural heritage of the region. Hilltop Dining Room - Perched atop The Carneros Inn, the Hilltop Dining Room offers guests a stunning venue to enjoy the bounty of the Carneros region. Diners will be surrounded by panoramic views of the neighboring vineyards while experiencing the award winning, French-inspired cuisine of Chef Philip Wang.
